Optional upgrade for an additional $100 is a Ray Tubes 6SN7 Reserve tube which is the tube installed in the photo. It sounds as good as it looks! Lightly used and the Lyr+ is not hard on its tubes anyway. See the Apos Ray Tubes 6NS7 Reserve page for details.
Note that I have installed Sorbothane feet on this unit to reduce the microphonics from the upgraded tube. I can remove these before shipment upon request.
