I’d suggest asking your question in the [800S thread](https://forum.headphones.com/t/sennheiser-hd-800-s-open-back-dynamic-headphone-official-thread/2696) or [Clear thread](https://forum.headphones.com/t/focal-clear-open-back-headphones-official-thread/33/1). You’re more likely to get an answer.

In fact if you read both those threads, you might be lucky enough to find posts by others who have compared the two.
