# Sennheiser HD 4.40 bluetooth headphones

I recently bought a pair of these. I read that the the earpads were small and might be uncomfortable for large ears. Apparently I have large ears. I replaced the earpads with Wicked aftermarket pads. In my opinion, they made a world of difference. The phones seemed kind of bass heavy before and were uncomfortable after an hour or so. Now they are much more comfortable and sound more natural with a wider sound stage. I don’t have a lot of experience with high end headphones but I have been listening to a pair of Hifiman 4xx’s a lot lately and use Bose QC35’s while working in the shop almost every day. They don’t sound as good as the Hifiman headphones but I think they sound better than the Bose at less than 1/3 the cost. I bought them factory refurbished for a little under $85.00 and am very happy so far. I would be interested to hear what other people think of them.
