Having been involved with recording and listening over many years, I’m now at the age where my hearing is being tested, and Tinnitus seems more the norm than the exception. That said I still trust my HD650s (open backed), HD380pro (closed back) for monitoring and Beyer DT100s for isolation when recording.
Never got on with in-ear devices as none seem to suit my small ear canals.
