i am a 45 year audio veteran living in SoCal that bought Grado SR60s on Corey Greenberg’s review in Stereophile. my first good speakers were Dynaco A25s and have since owned Rogers LS3/5As, Infinity Monitor Jrs, Fried Model RII which I still own, Maggie MMGs too, and Spendor S3/5s with a Rythmik sealed servo sub.

i won a pair of Grado PS 1000s in a raffle, got the MassDrop 4XXs with an aftermarket headband, Monolith THX dac/amp, and an Xduuo TA-22. i tried and returned the Z-Eris and replaced it with the
Fiio FT1 which I like much better. the 4XXs are boosted in the lows with a bit of a shelf bump which brings them to VG status.
