I just use a DX200 w/Amp8 + Phantoms now as my vinyl rig saw less and less time, till the point I sold it. Little quirk; DX208 sounds best playing DSD512. As in, a redbook file upsampled to D512 with XiSRC sounds much more realistic than the original. Trust me, I wouldn’t believe it either if I didn’t hear it. A bunch of us over at HF bother with the massive file sizes only because we feel it’s the equivalent to a decent component upgrade.
