I play principal tuba in the world’s only full time professional brass band. I have an extensive chamber music background having studied with all the great brass chamber music legends and also the Guarneri String Quartet. I have taught chamber music at the Boston University Tanglewood Institute and music theory at Pittsburgh CAPA (performing arts high school). I am proud to have students currently sitting in major symphony orchestras and others who have won Grammy awards.

After a 10 year teaching career, I chose to learn software development and move into the technology field. I still play music professionally and also now also work as a software engineer/product manager in the U.S. healthcare space.
