My headphone list would include Resolve, DMS, Super* Review, Golden, Joshua, Crin, Z, and Listener. I’ve watched a few of GadgetryTech’s vids as well, and may try to check out a few more.

Outside of the Headphones.com sphere there’s Brent Butterworth of Audio Unleashed, Jude of Head-Fi, Dave of The Honest Audiophile, Amir of ASR. And former Youtubers like Tyll of Inner Fidelity, Metal571, LachlanLikesAThing, and Wheezy Tech.

For speakers and other audio gear, I also like Erin’s Audio Corner, CheapAudioMan, Joe N Tell, Audioholics, and even some Steve Guttenberg Audiophiliac. Erin, Joe and the Audioholics are all Floyd-ites (like me). So it’s nice to get a few different perspectives, from folks like Guttenberg and CheapAudioMan.

I am also lookin more at the SoundStage! material on the web and YouTube, since they seem to have close ties to the NRC (and have interviewed a number of luminaries from that camp, including Toole, Olive, Barton, and others). They also have alot of spinorama data on speakers done by NRC’s anechoic facilities, which I believe is not available elsewhere.

I also like to hear opinions by those in the audio production sphere. AP Mastering and In the Mix are two fairly recent finds along those lines that I enjoy. I like there no nonsense approach to certain topics (though I don’t always agree with them 100%). Sound on Sound (SOS) and Gearspace (formerly Gearslutz) are other good resources for info on pro audio gear and techniques.

There are others more in the musician sphere that I will sometimes check out as well. It’s interesting to hear some of the stories of how the old timers got their start, and what kind of gear and whathaveyou they used in the studio for recordings, back in the day. It’s all interesting stuff.

I am also interested in video gear, and used to spend a fair amount of time on the AV Science forum (avsforum). And will still check in with them once in awhile. Secrets of Home Theater and High Fidelity (hometheaterhifi) is another good resource for info on home video gear. Not sure what sort of presence, if any, these have on YouTube though.
