That they are! We will fix.

BTW the community is waiting for the inevitable follow-up “Audio YouTubers We Hate (And Why You Should Too)”.

My headphone list would include Resolve, DMS, Super* Review, Golden, Joshua, Crin, Z, and Listener. I’ve watched a few of GadgetryTech’s vids as well, and may try to check out a few more.

Outside of the Headphones.com sphere there’s Brent Butterworth of Audio Unleashed, Jude of Head-Fi, Dave of The Honest Audiophile, Amir of ASR. And former YouTubers like Tyll of Inner Fidelity, Metal571, LachlanLikesAThing, and Wheezy Tech.

For speakers and other audio gear, I also like Erin’s Audio Corner, CheapAudioMan, Joe N Tell, Audioholics, and even some Steve Guttenberg Audiophiliac. Erin, Joe and the Audioholics are all Floyd-ites (like me). So it’s nice to get a few different perspectives from folks like Guttenberg and CheapAudioMan.

I am also lookin more at the SoundStage! material on the web and YouTube, since they seem to have close ties to the NRC (and have interviewed a number of luminaries from that camp, including Toole, Olive, Barton, and others). They also have alot of response data on speakers done by NRC’s anechoic facilities, which I believe is not available elsewhere.

I also like to hear opinions by those in the audio production sphere. AP Mastering and In the Mix are two fairly recent finds along those lines that I enjoy. I like there no nonsense approach to certain topics (though I don’t always agree with them 100%). Sound on Sound (SOS) and Gearspace (formerly Gearslutz) are other good resources for info on pro audio gear and techniques.

There are others more in the musician sphere that I will sometimes check out as well. It’s interesting to hear some of the stories of how the old-timers got their start, and what kind of gear and whathaveyou they used in the studio for recordings, back in the day.

I am also interested in video gear, and used to spend a fair amount of time on the AV Science forum (avsforum). And will still check in with them once in awhile. Secrets of Home Theater and High Fidelity (hometheaterhifi) is another good resource for info on home video gear. Not sure what sort of presence, if any, these have on YouTube these days.

Former Sennheiser engineer Axel Grell is also putting out some interesting videos. So definitely should include him in the mix as well.

The Noise Floor also did a good chat with Axel and Jermo of Grell Audio not too long ago…

Another pretty cool YouTube creator is the lady behind the lens, Jana Dagdagan. Jana started at Stereophile and got them more into doing videos. And has worked with many luminaries in the hifi enthusiast community. You can see some of her work here…

Good to see Jana back making videos , utter misogynistic dickheads made her life hell with their comments a few years ago, I’d have tracked them down and clapped their balls between bricks, :brick:

There’s this channel (dead now) made 29 videos in the span of 7 years.

I find it oddly attracting.

I’m definitely a fan of some of the audio reviewers already mentioned. E.g., Crin, Super Reviews, Gadgetry Tech, Josh, etc. All of them excel in one category or another IMO.

For the non-audio review channels, these are a few of my favorite:

James Hoffmann - for all things coffee related: https://youtube.com/@jameshoffmann?si=DBdiUeLtRsJJWf-z

JayzTwoCents - great for PC builders and enthusiasts: https://youtube.com/@jayztwocents?si=WqAsnqsYKOr2xcdf

KeyBored - for those who’ve gone down the custom keyboard rabbit hole: https://youtube.com/@keybored?si=ppQqF_G-IRoLW_H9

Pecos Hank - for fans of weather-related videos and storm chasing: https://youtube.com/@pecoshank?si=qreLJcsuuLTubQ6p

I wasn’t really aware of all that, somafunk. But I suppose you need a pretty thick skin for this type of work. Not being a YouTuber though, I wouldn’t really know.

For audio YouTubers not yet mentioned, I really like Amplify Audio Reviews. Yes it is just someone talking about their subjective experiences but what he says to be very interesting. And his opinions generally jive with my opinions as well.

I’m a bit of a film buff so for off-topic I highly recommend Moviewise. His technical knowledge is outstanding and he always manages to make me lol at least once per video.

Sorry to see DMS leaving the Headphone Show stable. :frowning: He is (still) easily one of my favorite YT reviewers.

A non-audio related YouTuber I ran across recently, and found entertaining was Anatoly.
