It comes with original leather box, the headphones, and a MDR-Z7M2 3.5mm cable with a 1/4" adapter. The outer sleeve for the box isn’t included. The Z7M2 cable seems to be more or less the same as the Z1R cable with the slightly different colors on the connector. This is how I received it from the previous seller.
No problems or scratches. Wonderful sound, super lightweight, and comfortable.
