Of course! Just wait a couple of weeks for the headphone to arrive and burn in.

If open headphones are an option, the Audeze LCD-2 Classic work very nicely with the Mojo. The bass response is strong and deep for hip hop and the mid bias is great for vocals. The warm and intimate sound signature also matches very well with your listening preferences.

I got them just now! International import+taxes was a pain, but after a month of waiting, it has finally arrived. I love the detail and the instrument separation, though the soundstage isn’t as wowing as I expected it to be. I found that the bass can be a bit forward/controlling with some songs, but it isn’t much of a problem as I can EQ it. I’m looking forward to the burn-in and the changes it may bring. I’ll keep updating with any other impressions.

Note: I would not recommend shipping internationally if you want the exhilaration of being the first to open a product. The import people will look through your stuff. The seal on my box was broken and the inside had a bunch of smudges from some person’s dusty hands. It decreased the satisfaction of getting a headphone quite a lot.

What did you buy ? Elegia ?

I got the Dan Clark Audio Aeon 2 Closed. Sorry if it wasn’t clear from previous posts.

Nice. I wanna buy high end closed back too. I actually like how closed backs sound. They sound more meaty with black background and have better contrast. Closed backs are underrated.

I agree. I think closed backs are much more useful than open backs as you don’t need absolute silence in order to listen to music.

Yeah that’s true. Some openbacks are still viable since they are more like semi open but headphones like Hifiman Ananda 100% open and can be problematic in noisy environment.
