It’s a pro product that suits a very narrow use case in the hobbyist / enthusiast category (most of the people on this forum).
It’s cheap-to-free to have 10-band PEQ in software. The ability to do 4-band PEQ “live” at a cost of $3k+ only makes sense for a very few people.
