Audio Engineering Society (AES) meeting presentations now available

I just discovered that AES has been having meetings via Zoom and makes the presentations available free through YouTube here: https://www.aes-media.org/sections/pnw/pnwrecaps/

A rather dry, but still pretty good discussion on “accuracy” in audio also by James JJ Johnston. More meeting details here.

Read the pdf of the slides for the “What does Accurate even mean” presentation. Quite an informative little talk. I think it should give some comfort for everyone to be more relaxed about what they personally like in terms of sound quality, even if it’s different than what a reviewer or majority on the internet says.
