Nothing happened to ZMF. I believe he was making a joke that the poster who made his own headphones did so well that he was likely to end up with his own successful headphone company like ZMF. Maybe he was also referencing the fact that Zach had similar humble beginnings, as he modded headphones before he formed ZMF.
