I have to agree with you regarding Forza Audio Cables. They are very good. I got one from Forza about 3 years ago for my Andromeda. Beautiful and sounds great too.

I use Peace GUI + the Equalizer APO plugin for system-wide EQ, and then I also like to use the parametric EQ thatâs built into Roonâs DSP features.

@Gordon_Freeman , you hit the nail on the head. I love looking at my copper and silver cables, they just look so amazing, it puts a smile on my face. They also use premium materials, so Iâm hoping that they are as transparent and resolving as possible. But my cheaper cables from Hart are very well made (they use Mogami wire) and are obviously good quality too.
Burson fan all the way. The DAC in my 160D is as good as the headphone amp is, itself - not a mean trick to pull off.
I looked into Oidio and really like the original and very customizable design.
Unfortunately, they seem not able to take on orders for certain headphone cables until Jan 21. That includes the cable I need for the Clears⊠

hello, I got the clears and Iâm waiting for the asgard 3 amp (without dac). Iâm going to use as a dac my apollo twin (mk1) audio interface, using line out jack to rca. Any knowledge about this combo? Is it enough or need another dac? Thanks in advance.
Welcome to the club! Iâm running the Clears off the Asgard 3 and think itâs a lovely combo. As for as DACs go⊠I donât have any experience with running audio interfaces as the DAC, but it wouldnât hurt to try and see how it sounds to you.
Otherwise I can recommend getting the Modius or Bifrost 2 to stack with the Asgard 3. I have the Modius right now and it looks really great with the Asgard 3. Iâll be upgrading to the Bifrost 2 in the near future.

I just read an informative article about dacs and audio interfaces and I figured out that I donât need a dac actually as my apollo is a high quality digital to analog converter. I look forward to receiving my asgard! This is my first and for now, end audiophile setup. Maybe in the future I buy cables.
I just ordered my Asgard 3 today. I was using an Asgard 2 with my Clears, a few other assorted amps before it. I sold my 2 and when I went to order the 3 it was back ordered. I had owned a Magni 3+ before so I ordered another one. I intended to order the Asgard 3 when it became available but the Magni 3+ sounded great with the Clears so I put it off until today.
Iâve been using a Modius for several months now and love it. Iâve owned a Modi 3, Modi multibit, Bifrost 4490, and Bifrost multibit but I do believe the Modius is my favorite. Like you a Bifrost 2 will be my next and hopefully last DAC.
