SOLD! I purchased these on Head-Fi 7 months ago and have really enjoyed them. Honestly liked them better than the 009S and X9000 I tried at CanJam on even better setups than what I have. They lost much of the ethereal quality the original 009 has.
The pads are custom Vesper Alcantara and synthetic leather and are installed, cost about $100 and have maybe 100 hours of use on them. The original pads are also included. The headband strap was replaced several months ago and says “SR-009S” on it. Especially with the Vesper pads it’s very comfortable.
Excellent condtion, includes original box, newer plastic Stax cover. They were always kept covered when not in use. Cable also in perfect condition.
Selling to pay for some future purchases, but these have been the hardest for me to let go of!
