HiBy finally wore me out. Below is my letter to them severing my relationship with them.

Dear HiBy Customer Service,

I’ve received the third unit and it’s not working properly. It randomly cuts out and sometimes just stops mid-song.

With HiBy’s (in my opinion) inability to send a working unit and (in my opinion) the ridiculously horrible customer service I’ve decided not to request another unit or a refund. I give up. I’m going to declare HiBy the winner. The poor quality equipment and equally poor customer service has just worn me out. I mean three units over 12 months and at least 15 back-and-forth emails, along with the unwillingness to pay for return postage–Seriously???

I’ve worked with you in good faith. I truly hope that other customers haven’t had or never will have this type of experience.

P.S. I’ve not received the postage refund yet (no surprise there). Just keep it.
