I’m a bit late to the party…
I don’t like what the effect of selecting the vocal profile in Headphone Accommodations is. The change in FR is good, but it also applies dynamic range compression. This is almost unbearable on music with a high dynamic range (like classical).
There is also an option to add an audiogram. This allows you to select a picture of an audiogram. But if you select a picture without an audiogram you can enter values manually. Perhaps this can be used as a poor man’s crude equalizer.
I’ve put in the values as below. I think it improves the sound over the standard profile and Vocal range profile. But I’m also curious what the effect exactly is. Can this be measured?
