As final decisions are getting made, I’ve settled on this as what I’ll run for the elements of the tour where I can only practically have two headphones with me (on boats/ships, and likely anywhere we’re living for two months or less):
And for those scenarios I’d drive the amp with the Hugo M-Scaler -> Hugo TT 2 combination.
I will be popping in and out as location, activities, mood and connectivity permit. I may not have much to say about audio when I do. There will certainly be pictures.

You know … I had originally intended to sell of at least one of everything I had duplicates of (which would include a set of Vérité, Vérité Closed and Eikon) …
As things stand, however, I am planning to hold on to them*.
And I think the only way I am letting any of my favorite (and especially unique**) gear go right now is if someone where to make me an offer I literally couldn’t refuse.
*Exceptions are likely to be my 2nd Jotunheim R and my 2nd Bottlehead Crack 1.1/Speedball.
**I am still largely convinced I own the only two pairs of Vérité Closed in stabilized maple-burl in the wild.

Recent near-global events have us making some changes to our plans. Most notably upgrading our primary vessel to something that’ll properly support months at sea rather than weeks.
So I’ve been posting a LOT more than I expected to over the last few days. That’s not likely to continue. But it’ll be fun (for me, at least), while it lasts.
I can’t be the only one that would love to see this “primary vessel” whenever you get the chance.
