Greeting from Houston - Howdy! 
I am 21 and have been a headphone enthusiast for about 5 years, which started with me getting into music (I am now a music major and finishing up an AA this semester) and having the urge to upgrade my audio setup, which led to the rabbit hole. I’ve since been to 4 CanJams (Singapore, SoCal, RMAF x2) and even once hosted my own small meetup. I love hearing new headphones because no matter how many reviews I’ve seen on any given headphone, there’s something about hearing it for myself that drives me to keep trying one pair after another.

Oh yeah, you’re not that far. I feel the same way about the lack of meets around Houston, I’ve heard of some happening every now and then in Austin. We should come up with something in the future.

Welcome to all of the new people. I’ve been distracted, and have not kept up with all of you. I try to welcome all by name, but you are coming “Fast and Furious”. And just like that franchise, I can’t keep up. It’s like following all the hot tuner cars in my '64 Olds F-85. Built for comfort, not for speed.
This week instead of welcoming all of you as I should have, I did much paperwork for clients. I located an old shirt to cut up into a mask because the masks I ordered have not yet come. What am I paying for with Amazon Prime, when their re-arrangement means what was 1 or 2 day shipping is now “possibly May 5th to 27th”. And when I had a chance to make good and say Welcome, Welcome All, I said, “No, I think I’m going to listen to 550 year old music and post about it.” Next, I’ll be reviewing ear trumpets.
