I’ve been experiencing this lately…. I recently replaced the leather theater seats I had in my listening room with a fabric Lazyboy reclining loveseat. If I get up out of the couch after reclining with my headphones on, as soon as my feet touch the floor …… ZAAPPP !!! It’s like a Tesla coil on my head!!! What feels like hundred little lightning bolts in both ears. It’s quite startling…”shocking” even 
. Not sure what to do about it other than take my headphones off before I get up. Still, the first thing I touch shocks me every time. Better than getting shocked in the ear-holes though!!
