I dont know I would buy another headphone amp from them. I either have an extremely unusual defective unit or theres a bunch of other issues with them that somehow dont get reported.
I think its a loose solder joint as does the repair guy in Vegas. We have a local shop who can probably repair it so I’ll take it in and see what he can do.
