I have other dacs I prefer but the oppo is my go to when traveling or doing yard work with iems

Well I live in Hawaii so I don’t have to fantasize about a traveling to a tropical island but with Covid-19 its like most, stay at home and be safe. My travel gear when I used to travel a bit for work and vacation was really simple: MDR-1A (modded), Vmoda XS (about as small as it gets) and Fiio X3ii+phone.
The MDR-1A is modded with dynamat and the top vent is closed off so it isolates quite well, not as good as noise cancelling but good enough for me and the cups rotate flat so easy to pack.
