Welcome Ms. Piggy (real name Lisa). You have to be a bit careful about using those puppets as your icon, one of the guys here is the @PastorOfMuppets. I find obscure cartoon figures are much safer.
We’ll be happy to help. As I’m fond of telling people, my wife married me for my stereo, then proceeded to replace parts. I have acquaintances that are Plastic Surgeons. They tell me that at their conventions they see many of their members have been busy replacing parts on their spouses for years.
As a short intro: I’ve been an audiophile for quite a while now listening with more and more proper home-hifi systems until 2 years ago. Never was a fan of headphones / in-ears until I could not use my system anymore. Due to the fact that the need for a baby-room arose, my man-cave/hifi room was gone and my system is still packed in boxes (). Especially not being able to use my record player anymore was quite painful. Also, new time constraints forced me into the world of mobile HiFi.
The equipment quickly got more and more elaborate (just like with the home setup) and now I am a
huge fan especially of in-ears and DAPs and the collection is growing unfortunately.
I assume many of you know the story, so yeah, here I am…
Glad to be here from Lake Tahoe, NV. Looking forward to being able to ask a purchasing discussion on the community site, but it seems that it takes at least two weeks to be able to do that, yet I can start new threads in other sections. Frustrating as there is a headphone in the Buy and Sell section that I think I might like, but just want to be sure it is the right match for my setup.
You should be able to post such a question in this thread, which is the appropriate place to do it until you have a proper feel for the community here.
Hello, I’m panos from Greece. I am a home studio musician, so mostly I was buying that kind of music equipment through years and lately I purchased my first pair of high end headphones (focal clear). I also ordered a dedicated headphone amp (asgard 3).
I went for headphones mainly because of the mobility factor. In the very future I plan to own a dedicated room for music creation and listening and place there a high fi system.
Hi guys! I’m Portugal and a real noob regarding audio. I’m sorry, I really have no idea where to ask this, thank you for your help. If this isn’t the right place, please redirect me to it.
So,
Dumb one. I know I can connect my Galaxy Buds+ to my TV’s bluetooth (without any dongle) to watch anything or play Nintendo Switch. Will it work when playing PS5?
Will it have the same proprieties as pluging the Pulse3D to the ps5 with the usb adapter it comes with (3D audio, Input lag)?
