Yes welcome to all of you. We already have a music and drink pairings topic. I can see food pairings also.
Buttermilk with Bud, KFC, and Disney Kid’s Music, you are sublime.
Or sub-something.

Greetings from Hong Kong,
My name is Dwayne,
I am a Canadian who has landed here (Hong Kong) about 8 years ago, got myself deep into audiophile about 4-5 years ago, kind of started with earphones, transitioned into headphones, now currently back focusing on earphones.
Despite being here in Hong Kong and (slightly) involved with a small local head-fi community, I decided to join up here as an outlet for English communication.
Have lurked here for the better part of the year, and this looks like a nice community to chill and converse.
Obviously being here in HK has allowed me to be spoiled with auditioning a plethora of gear, unfortunately there is only so much that my wallet can sustain and a literal limit to real estate available to put things.
Cheers,
D
Welcome @cloudy!
Welcome. We seem to get an interesting bunch of folks on this forum. I’ll try to communicate in English with you, although my native language is 'Merican.
Hello, I’m the Pastor of a Baptist church in Ohio. When downsizing (empty nester) I traded home stereo system for Headphones and gear. My first decent quality headphones were the senn hd650 and down the rabbit hole, I went. Not quite an audiophile yet as my collection continues to grow.
Very welcome @madrev! Senn 650s were my entry point as well, mine have some patina at this point, but still good!
Congratulations on transitioning from lurker (we still love you lurkers) to community member!
Interested in getting your perspective on HiFi gear and trends.
Dear Pastor MadRev-
As an errant Jew, I pledge to humorously try to stuff you further down the rabbit hole to the point where you buy expensive speakers just so you may compare them with the high end headphones everyone else will tempt you to buy.
I even dismantled mine and painted them… and yes they are still good
lol, honesty is all one can ask for
Welcome @MadRev
Hello and welcome @Cloudy. It’s great to have you here.
I can be accommodating, use your native ‘Merican, and I can internally translate from ‘Mercian to Canadian to English, provided that the ‘Merican you are using is of the west coast or mid west type, as I am not well versed in the southern and eastern state variations.
You mean Spanish?

Could be trouble. Although I grew up in midwest, have lived in mid-atlantic for years. So I speak eastern 'Merican. Subway, Yuengling, Grado, VPI, broadway, water bagel, blue crab, Nittany Lion.
An old school Audiophile from the 70’s here.
I signed up a few weeks ago after a search for information on the ZSN iem’s (That I had bought on a recommendation.) lead to here. This place is a treasure trove of information, so I’ve spent some time using the best principle of “Listen & Learn”.
Hopefully I will have something to contribute going forward. In the meantime it’s good just to be here.
