Jólakettir – Svöl jól (1998). 
Jólakettir is plural of jólaköttur, ‘yule cat’. 
Been looping this track too — such a clean mix, and the vocals just sit perfectly. One of those songs that somehow sounds good on any setup, even when you switch headphones. Always fun when something new sneaks into the regular rotation!
When I was a kid I was in the car with my mom all the time because we had to go with her to work on the road (fixing juice machines in the grocery store chain) and we were Always listening to music, mostly 80’s and some 70’s. Point being I have a soft spot for thing’s like genesis and apparently Fleetwood Mac. For the first time a few month’s ago I sought out some Fleetwood Mac specifically to listen to, I guess with streaming being a thing you don’t need to dedicate yourself entirely to an album. But I was talking to my mom and said “hey Fleetwood Mac is actually really good”. She responded with a joyful well duh. Something about this band just grabs me and sooth’s my soul.
