I’m watching a stream of it right now. It looks pretty good from what I’ve seen so far. I’d be getting it for PS4.

what I enjoyed most and could relax?
GTA series(Vice City and later)… Assasins Creed(Black Flag was bad) and Red Dead Redemption
most fun I had with the Uncharted (PS exclusive) series - like a Indiana Jones movie - would by a new console for the next chapter
and the God of War series was quite good
at the moment I play Clash of Clans on my tablet a few minutes a day - maxed out lvl 11 fresh on townhall 12
ahh yes - used to play Age of Empires, Stronghold and Generals long time ago

Check out Gris, and Journey on your tablet…play with your wife =) they are works of art! Pretty sure both are on iOS and Android…

I second both of these. I finished Gris a few weeks ago. It’s so moving that it makes everything else I play feel shallow. Like going back to mid-fi after trying hi-fi.

I liked Gris so much I ordered the limited edition collectible figure from Devolver! The soundtrack and art are amazing!

I’m on a old ARPG kick…just finished Titans Quest, just picked up Torch Light 2 (surprisingly never beat this one even though I have it on PC) portable is life with a 3yr old and gaming so I don’t mind dipping in multiple times on the same game lol

Great list with many games I haven’t heard of. I’m playing Silence now. Beautiful game, but gameplay is clunky.
I’m debating the Witcher for Switch too. 30 hours on pc, but these days just have more desire for mobile and playing in comfortable seats.

I’m more of a side scroll or platform guy on switch…minus my latest ARPG runs…Diablo III is supposed to be very good as well on switch.

For those of you with a PS4 I recommend Horizon: Zero Dawn.
It’s from 2017 but I only played it this year and it became my favorite game for this generation, it’s that good. Great gameplay and story.
I’m an ARPG/RPG kinda guy, I like a good story and graphics. Also play some shooters from time to time but I’m crap, not competitive at all 
I got Destiny 2 on PC but haven’t played it in awhile.

I played HZD when it launched, and I started playing again today to test some monitors, and I just awed at how gorgeous it still looked. Amazing and wildly varied weather and lighting effects on top of a wildly varied landscape. Every time I thought things were going to look the same onward like every other open-world game I’ve played, the first time I played this game, it introduced something new. Hearing the reverb of Aloy’s utterances while traversing mountains was a really nice touch. (I love listening for reverb tails in music.) Sound effects in general sound great. And the subtle and beautiful background music for exploration and engaging music for battle, too!

Despite the PS4 graphics shortcomings (when compared to high end PC) this game really delivers stunning performance, I was hugely impressed.
If HZD2 comes out for PS5 only I’ll be expecting a lot from it in the graphics department.

Anyone going to be playing Destiny 2 on Steam? It’s year one content will be free to play! I’d be happy to rock through some content for an hour or two a couple nights a week 
I’ve been off the Destiny sauce for awhile but figured now would be a good time to jump back in =) for some fun shooting…plus cross save with my Xbox characters makes it exponentially more awesome lol

If you haven’t played the Witcher3 this might be a good solution (it is an amazing game! Massive though! I 100% it and had well over 140hrs into it, but, I played on Xbox one X)

I’ve played 1 & 2 but haven’t hopped on 3 yet. It’s actually coming for free to xbox game pass so I’m just waiting for that
I’ve heard great things about it. Once the Holiday season is over I’m going to have to get some serious gaming in. With the amount of time I’ve been spending at the office I think the wife would kill me if I even suggested getting in a couple hours!
