Rum. Wray @ Nephew overproof. About $20 per bottle, 130 proof, white rum, tasty. For dark rum, I favor Meyer’s Planter’s Punch. Again not costly. Kraken is also OK. I’m not a big fan of spiced rums, although Mt. Gay is OK. Much of my rum gets mixed. And my Admin brings back enough Havana Club varietals for my tastes when I’ve had enough to feel high-falutin’.
So what do you want to eat when rum is the drink? Pulled Pork? Mofongo?
