Nice choice dalethorn!

Nitecore made a few really compelling lights
I also thought about the MH20GT and waited for a warmer LED Version- like I own a Nitecore headlight with neutral like “daylight” (CRI) + 20 Lumen red light- which lasts for a few nights in our camp

I prefer floody and something around 5000- 5500 Calvin neutral coloured light for mixing photgraphy flashes with 1 or 2 flashlights like the Emisar D4 Titan with Nichia 219C LEDs or the short 18350 Version with warm 4000K LEDs (my EDC)
Emisar is a community based product with the best user interface I know. And if needed you can fire up a cigar

The Manker U12 is with the 20700 batterie my camp light for long nights- 870 Lumen for over 3hours without overheating- also neutral warmth- I don’t like cold light in the night after a few tests a few years ago

The last one is the old rainbow S42s with the same Nichia 219c LEDs and a standard 3/8 screw mount in the back - so you can use with tripod mount

no I forgot one - Massdrop copper AAA light with again a neutral Nichia LED
