Quick and dirty progress picture… got a retro game console station going in this! Super stoked… I’m going to add my SNES mini too, plus I have my beast Mac mini hiding back there for the time being…nerd to figure out something to do with it…since I’ve switched back to PC full time for editing and daily use…

I used to love these! Found them again recently…going to use them for background maybe for the YouTube channels! I think @MRHifiReviews you would get a kick out of these…that goes for @MartinTransporter and @ValentineLuke as well! @DEXCOM7 what do you think about having some of these as backgrounds? I just need to make sure it’s ok first lol!

Sort of Escher meets Cartoon Art. Since we’re getting Zoom (probably a hobbled version) in addition to WebEx, maybe I can find a way to use some of those as backgrounds on one of my upcoming Weekly Market Wrap webinars as I drone on Tuesday morning about events on Wall Street.

sorry to read about your insomnia - for this you seemed to be still in a good mood in the stream.

my dog woke me up last night after 1hour and we went out- no need for a pee or shit. Thanks buddy. After 20 minutes out, I was super awake.
Maybe he had a nightmare LOL.

Good thing- I started yours stream maybe 45minutes in at 3am and was following to the end.
Rewatched the first part now, this evening, after todays BBQ and a few fine Weissbier, cakes and Coffee at/on fathers day.

You guys nailed it. Some serious good recommendations by Fernando and you Mr. T :slight_smile:

in the future streams I won’t be able to follow and chat live, as the starting time is 2 am over here.

My problem is my brain will start spinning up and I can’t turn it off :wink: I’m relatively used to no sleep…been this way since a kid…I get cranky and short tempered but, I usually control it well =) it’s all about taking a second to respond or take action :wink:

Speaking from past pain, review your diet and any recent environmental changes. New headphones? New desk location? New lamp? New game? New summer fruits? ‘Healthy’ stuff like grapes can ruin my sleep.

I know the brain spinning from the past and with all the plans, selfmade ToDo stuff or fun GAS related projects … plus the C-19 stange-ness these days…

for me it is also the change 2x times a week from monday and wednesday working remote from home and most of the rest in/at the office… the routine is missing somehow. Though I also get along with less sleep.
I also do miss the gym and swimming.
What helps us are the dog walks with 4-5 times a day for 2 to 3 hours. No brakes… just walking and playing with the dog is huge for not getting crazy

and thank you- fathers day and BBQ was great, today.

Had this day, with 10 hours of Playstation gaming a few days ago - dreamed actually the next night some crazy stuff. So unhealthy this hardcore gaming thing.

and a new diet is also makin most fall out of the usual sleep routines

yeah, I think I just have ADHD and FOMO too much :wink: brain won’t turn off lol… but, in all seriousness, I am way off my diet and normal workout routine… really looking forward to the gym opening up again… Might have to look into building a proper home gym maybe … just don’t have space for one in this house…time to upgrade lol

I knew ADHD but FOMO is/was(googled it)new to me as “phrase”.

Not new as feeling. Been there and fall back to it, all the time.

One tought - you have this community, where all important audio Informations are going to come together, in the end.

You are not in charge to get it all together.

What always helps me, is a good audiobook.
Some classic stuff from my neverending list or some easy to chew ones
