Last 10 years has seen a rise in the popping up of “American BBQ” food trucks and restaurants, but gee a lot get it wrong. Love it when it’s done properly though.
When it’s done poorly, and you get food poisoning and end up in hospital, then like walk out 5 days later and it costs you nothing…at all. Ah yeah

The good American food comes from the south. Up north I’m use to ethnic foods non American. But again south is a heart attack waiting to happen.

I’m medium rare kinda guy on my steaks. around me the place to go to is Texas Roadhouse. They let you pick out your steak from a deli case which is really nice.

In the last 10 years, I’ve become a dry-rubbed guy myself. I can still handle some BBQ sauce, as long as it has almost it’s tuned to high vinegar and low sugar. And low tomato. People don’t realize it, but tomatoes are BERRIES. Gack! Let’s but berries on those ribs. I don’t think so.

I love ribs all different ways. Dry rubs are fantastic, but I am also partial to a nice sticky honey bbq. Yes, I like them sticky and sweet.

2 cases for storing my IEMs. It is same case, just smaller, like the one Z use. The price is fine and it works. I kept having problems finding my IEMs and have even lost my Shue 535 on that account, so had to do something:
I have been hunting for some solid eartips for a while and found the Symbio eartips by Mandarin. Apart from looking dope with the orange color, the nozzle is long to secure fit and their Symbio W - Silicone+Memory Foam Special Hybrid Universal Ear Tip, works quite well for me. So after the first test order, I will get more. They are not cheap, but I think they are worth it:

Focal Clears came in on Monday and I’ve been enjoying them so much I never posted the unboxing pics!
