Got my first high end audiophile cans today audio technica m40x just kidding those arent high end the next sets are kind of high end tho! So far i am kinda disapointed by the m40x guitars are too crisps feel like they are harsh. From the reviews i watched i though they were gonna be a lot Vshaped but honestly i hear somme thing i dont like in the mids so far. The sample is maybe not big enough yet but so far not liking these.20210128_163605|375x500
Also got these sweet Elegia, since the begginning of my audiphile journey i want to own focal its like these cans were calling me. To me, so far, they sound Godly literally. Although i really love my hd560, this is on a whole other level, i hear more clarity, precision, instrument separationi was not expecting the bass to be so precise… so not disapointed by these. Next step is gonna be either elex , clear or celestee.

That’s the big one! My falcon was maybe around 1600 pieces. There are a few iterations of it.
I’ve looked at the massive lego star destroyer kit a few times but even if I were crazy enough to go get it I got no space to display it!

As for space to display these awesomeness, I’ve been struggling with that for the past couple days lol. I’ve proposed making my two sons share a bedroom so I can turn one into a hobby room, but that didn’t go so well

I used the asgard today for the first time. I felt the sound was more warm than when using my topping amp. Also the asgard gets hot very quickly a couple of song and that was it. Is this normal?

Yeah, they generate a lot of heat. It’s useful when you’re listening to music, you can make a grilled cheese at the same time.
The Asgard 2 runs even hotter.

All my cables are Wired World I didn’t notice they make headphone cables. Is that something you have to ask for?
