Nope, I preordered the Hiby R5 a while back and it just came today. Runs full stock android with google play store and is quite small. Just slightly larger than SR15 but with bigger screen. I do miss the volume wheel though…
I should be getting an iBasso DX220 to test out soon from headphones.com though – that would be a real match vs the Cayin you have.

Kamlans new lens for my Lumix ( pretty sure I’m trading all my Lumix gear for some Sony lenses, want to focus on one camera and get good with it before branching out to multiple other cameras, but may pick up a a6000 series for parity lol).

I miss my 28 f1.8 Canon on the APS-C camera - the 45mm-ish full frame look was so cool. Sold it with a 77d … it was not the best glass but had some magic to it. On my 5d3 it was boring somehow

Vokyl offered a $100 refund or a replacement plus refund for the shipping cost. I went with the latter and did get a refund for shipping. I don’t think the headphones have arrived them yet. I’ll post an update once I get the new ones.
I ordered bronze, but sometimes they look more pink or more like rose copper. They definitely look very muted compared the photos on ZMF’s website. I’ve looked at them with different screens and calibrations. And I expected a more red wood finish. I’m pretty disappointed, honestly.
The Auteur look just as I expected, though. They’re gorgeous. You can’t see the grain and nuances in my photos.
That is super awesome of Vokyl! Those guys are trying to do some grassroots work here, so I have faith in them making it right. I look forward to them settling in and seeing what they produce next =) as I’m a huge fan of the JDS Labs gear, and seeing as these two are both employees/engineers? for JDS I have great hopes for them and their endeavor. For a first time product I’m impressed, but I can see where a lot of improvements can be made =)
The copper is “pink” ? or the Purpleheart wood? Purpleheart wood is a M/F to get right…the only Purpleheart wood I’ve seen consistently finished wonderfully is the Fostex PurpleHeart TH-X00 but they work magic on those cups and their brethren.
You can see in my pictures of my Tube amps and amps my Purpleheart Shelf I made… in person it looks more “red/light purple” but in all my pictures it comes out orange/pink =(
The sliders have a pink or orange tint to them depending on the lighting. I was expecting a much stronger orange/bronze color.
Oh, ok…looking back at the picture I can see that… interesting especially for bronze… as usually Copper has a pink/orange color to it…while bronze would be the dull gold/yellow color…
