I don’t know, but it was made in China. 
You can’t see in the photo too well, but it came with a wedge-shaped cable management piece that’s also made of walnut.

One thing to note. The stand feels super light, and it almost gave me the impression that it’s not actually wood. After further scrutiny I do believe it is indeed made of wood.
It’s much smaller than I assumed it would be, but large enough for most full-sized headphones with a narrower headband (Fostex, Focal, Beyerdynamic, etc.).
