I had never heard Lapalux before and I’m really enjoying it.

Thanks for pointing them out! :+1:t4:

Stick on some Burial whilst you’re in a electronic music mood. Archangel is good.

Or some Morphology, the Traveller album.

Thanks! I’ll check them out.

I counted at least 4 ZMF stickers.

I just ordered the perforated universe suede pads and perforated universe hybrid lambskin & suede pads. Anyone has any experience using these pads with Verite open?

What’s your favorite Verite open pads?

I have the Perf Universe Suede coming for VO. Takes a long time to get to Aus apparently.

At the moment I prefer Universe Leather over Verite Leather, purely because my ear touches the foam on the Verite pads.

Wow you probably have big ears like me  It touches mine too but that’s not the only reason. I prefer the big open sound stage with universe pad over the Verite pads. It’s very addicting. Some says the Verite pads has smaller sound stage but I wholeheartedly disagree. The difference is massive to me.

I’m hoping the suedes are “da bomb”. Getting my hopes well up.

I have time for 150 hrs of burn-in…I make time for it. Just finished this in past couple weeks w/new blackwood Aeolus. Always start w/a couple days of noise files (pink noise; gaussian noise), then on to increasingly bombastic/bassy/dynamic music files.

I have new toy syndrome just like everybody else. But I force myself to ignore it until burn-in is complete (though I do peek w/very brief listens just to check channel balance & basic function).

Delaying gratification isn’t fun, but I can do it (sometimes).

Looking at all this stuff is just a reminder of how awesome it feels to get a new pair of ZMF headphones. It’s tempting to take the plunge again.

Ha, I was messing around this weekend trying to get better at taking pictures… I need to get a better setup for product photography lol this was just black foam boards a couple of small aperture lights and one LED “key” light… glad you like it, I edited it pretty hard to try and add life into it… the RAW images were not to my liking… plus I cropped in to give a better story… well I hope anyways it gives a better story lol

They really are for closed-back. I find I’m valuing that more and more these days, especially with all the video editing I do. I’m constantly using my Elegia, and while I like it a lot, I’m still on the lookout for a truly end game closed-back. I’d love to have the Stellia and VC side by side to compare at some point.

:astonished: You can definitely open a small both with those merchandise

Awesome! As for the picture composition, have you try to arrange them by categories? Instead of random placement on the table, I think you have enough item counts of each category (headphones, cards, stickers, is that a round mouse pad?) to form lines of impressive collection of all things ZMF.
