My experience is very limited along those lines. The only thing I have is a xDuoo X2. It’s a tiny bit of kit and I’m not even sure I’d call it a DAP. 
Haha. I’m just running off of a qudelix 5k and a micro BL currently, so not a whole lot better hear

Hello everyone!
Have just acquired a focal utopia and am looking for a source - have an Arche on order but I kinda want to sit with it on a sofa and while lying in bed… Ifi diablo?
I currently have a naim dac-v1 and dragonfly red, they were powering a th600 and empire zeus xr but I heard the utopia and was sold.
Also sadly - I’m on Singapore so it doesn’t quite make sense to buy from headphones.com.

We don’t have any real reviews of the Diablo yet but my guess is it will fall short of the higher end daps. You could look into a hugo 2 or higher end dap like a lotoo paw gold touch, L&P P6Pro, or Wm1Z and then later add a portable amp to those to further improve the power. If you are looking for something more in the 1k range the entry of hifi daps are around that price used as well

Honestly, I don’t have experience with them myself. From what I has seen review wise though its a bit of an awkward price range for Android daps. SQ wise there isn’t much step up from the ~$800 android daps (R6 2020, M11 pro, etc) unless you go with non-android (lotoo paw 6000, Sony WM1A, khan alpha, etc). If you want an android dap in the range then I would personaly keep an eye on the ibasso DX300 and see how that stacks up once it gets in more reviewers hands
