What's in the box!

Congratulamatations!! Very interested in what you hear differently between the Tuba and Echo. I bet your Elear is great on that amp.

So out of all that gear all I have are the Aeolus, the echo, and the Bifrost 2. And a set of SR80e’s. I’ve been buying and selling to get to where I want to be. With 4 kids, 1 in college and another going next year, I only have so much capital I can invest.
I loved the Tuba, but didn’t really like it with the Aeolus, it just sounded a little off, so I sold it and bought the Echo, then ordered the Telefunkens that showed up yesterday.
The Aeolus and Echo pair really well together. Previous to this my favorite pairing was the Tuba and the Anandas.
Next up a bigger (more expensive) amp. Either a Pendant, Ampsandsound product, or Feliks Elise/ Euphoria. Depends on what’s available when I’m liquid.

Me, a Serbian: Where did you find them in Serbia?!

Compliments on your plan, path, and execution thus far. You may also want to consider the DNA Starlett.

I’ve considered them, but as silly as it seems, I find the blue off-putting.

I see, some folks are indeed adverse to the blue.

Kinda ironic since I’m a Ford guy!
Just don’t care for it on the amp.

Nice. I’m also a Ford guy. So is A&S Justin per @MRHifiReviews’s recent live stream.

My dad was a local racing legend back in the 60s. He was the only guy that could win with a Ford. One year he was so dominant, they put a bounty on him. An extra $100 was added to the purse if you could beat him.
So I was raised in a Ford family. It was my dad’s religion.

That is awesome. I used to drive a 1990 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer edition. Unfortunately, the pandemic threw a wrench in the re-launch.

LOL, no around here the Kennedy’s controlled all the bootleg whisky. Maybe you’ve heard of them?

If you are referring to the Massachusetts Kennedy’s then yes. I lived on the South Shore for almost 40 years before moving south. My wife, however are friends of the Sutton’s…the most famous one being Popcorn Sutton. Small world…sorry for going off topic all.

No worries. One of the tracks my dad raced a lot was Norwood Arena.

I’m curious have you heard of Flemington speedway? When I took a trip to Daytona once people found out about where I lived they asked how far from the track I was. Tracks in NJ.
