for my DT 1990s… until now I have used the “analytical” Beyer-Pads
EQ a bit and a “Tube DSP” in Foobar2K - both not as helpful as I hoped
waited over a month for it 49 for the pads + 25 int. shipping + 15€ taxes…
it better be good - hope to tame down the highs a touch

Ok, so they ground the coffee extremely fine. It’s like a fine powder. I rechecked my order and I guess I had selected a Turkish grind for this. Oops. Maybe I’ll buy a cezve and learn to make Turkish coffee.
I brewed a cup anyway, and besides clogging the filter and having the drip take forever, I managed to not make a mess add still end up with a nice cup of joe.
It’s good. Not as bold as the Dazbog KGB blend I use to brutally catapult me into the start of my morning, but it is flavorful.

Just put it in a cup and pour hot water on it. The grounds will settle and you’ll have intense coffee.
I used to do it that way as quasi espresso.

oh you buy it pre-ground? You need to get a grinder!! That’s the biggest key to coffee. fresh grounds.

I have had 2 grinders. One was electric, the other was a hand crank thingy. I find that I’m coherent enough in the mornings to grind my cereal, and put milk in my coffee beans, if you know what I mean.
Pre-ground is a lot easier (and especially less painful in the case of milk soaked electric grinders).

the “Stockwell II” sounds bigger(wider/deeper) and looks not as heavy as it is - 1,4kg is what it is
pairs very good with multiple android and Apple devices at the same time - so both can start songs from different sources in a heartbeat - no bt-source-device changing at the speaker needed
a good “transportable” boat or campfire sound solution (for example)
very omnidirectional(Blumlein Stereo)
and you can hang it somewhere - what I missed with our anker bt speakers
still have to test the aux-in with ifi xDSD/BTR3/ES100/smartphones vs BT
most important part is, my wife had a fun time with it last night and we listened for hours everywhere in the house and on an short dog walk
the new Bose portable Homespeaker could be also quite interesting for some, while Oluv(oluv’s gadgets) prefered the Marshall soundwise
short soundimpression:
never boomy(no party thing), well controlled and extented deep end down to 50 maybe 40hz(have some chesky test tracks), fun/rich with enough sparkle in the highs(not vailed)… not backed away mids for such a unite(remeber marshall u-shaped sound signature from our Mid BT onEar) … singer songwriter vocal stuff was really there - both male and female

Second box of Christmas before Thanksgiving arrived yesterday!!! Is probably the last one for this season…my wife is starting to look at me in an odd way…
