I haven’t tried pad rolling the Elegia yet, but I’m considering it.
My first real higher end cable purchase and wow is it nice! Its a pretty impressive unboxing experience with AudioQuest cables…. Not sure I’ll ever need a carrying case for my power cable but it’s nice.
This will be going from the wall to conditioner.
I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the R5! I thought Canon’s R series has some of the most comfortable (to me) mirrorless cameras, but I’m pretty heavily invested in the Nikon ecosystem.
The Z9 is a great camera - it gets out of the way and lets me focusing on taking photos. My friends who use Canon keep asking when I’ll upgrade to real camera though.
Have fun with the new lens!
Happy Birthday Audiophool!
Thank you @hottyson !
This was also my first “serious” power cable, and I also used it from wall to conditioner (well, PowerPlant, but potato potahto). Man was this both a revelation and disappointment. Revelation because, well, wow, a power cable can really improve your system. A disappointment, because, oh crap, it’s not snake oil, and now I have another audio place to spend too much money…
Enjoy it!
Happy Cake day Bill!
I’m not a big advocate of rolling. More set it and forget it. But the Dekoni pads are a noticeable upgrade
Thank you John. Congrats on the new AC…it’s beautiful!!
I’m loving it! That’s what this hobby is about.
Announced before I even ordered the chair, pre-ordered and paid in full 6+ months ago… the aftermarket Atlas headrest for my Embody is finally here!
Seriously, if you haven’t experienced the Embody chair and are put off by the cost, rest assured it is THE most comfortable desk chair you will EVER sit in. Get one. YOLO.
p.s. pardon the dog hair all over the chair, it’s all over EVERYTHING I own. lol
You mean to tell me you’re not planning on bringing your power cable in your carry-on? And here I thought you took your headphone listening seriously
Our office / storage is also littered with those carrying cases. I want to find a use case for them. Maybe a very fancy paper holder.
Hurray for all the Project Reds that soon shall be in the wild. Looks great for its price, sounds even better.
Hope to see your impressions soon!
It looks like you have a few too many hours on that Yasaka rubber.
