Yes Sir!! Those are Suede Universe pads! I’ll be swapping around the different pads…but Bevin said that his favorites were the Suede Universe pads so I got a pair!

I really like the way the Aeolus sounds…can’t wait for it to fully break-in…but so far I’m liking it…plus it is comfortable, and those looks…ooofff… such a looker.

I already packed up everything, but I do have the extra universe pads with me… I was going to see if they would fit on the Verum1s… but I will have them if you would like them. I left the flat pads at home… We are going up to Everett for the night tonight so I had to make some quick decisions on what to bring lol. I have the Aeolus and the Verum1s figured those were unique enough… I did space on grabbing my Cascades though

Wife’s car is getting 30k check-up, and it is easier to just make a mini staycation out of it then drive the daughter around all over the place. The problem with finding a good deal on a vehicle 30+ miles away lol especially one that has good service plan that…but whatcha gonna do =) there is a cool childrens museum near our hotel and a couple of interesting restaurants. Always fun to explore local destinations =)

Now that is a pretty amp!
I still need to get together with AtomicBob and hear both that and the T4 together. I’m sorely tempted to just order one of each for the heck of it. If we weren’t trying to downsize even further in advance of spending the next 10 years moving around/living all over the world, I’d not think twice about it.
I bet that sounds magnificent with the Vérité!

@Torq, rather than worrying about leaving all your gear in one place, just ship a nice rig to each country you will visit, that way you save the hassle of travelling with gear

I could do that …
I’d rather just pare down to the current “absolute keepers” and not have stuff distributed all over and/or in storage, depreciating in value and/or becoming obsolete while not being used.
Besides, the older I get, the less stuff I want to keep.
So, after this weekend, round two of my “rationalization” will commence …
