It’s a convenience thing to turn on multiple lamps with one switch. My content, while it lasted, was always made 100 percent for the customer looking to buy a headphone. Video and audio of the review itself was genuinely an afterthought and I’ve not much interest in it

Listened to my Porta Pros last night, Blue YAXI on the left, Black on the right. (Does the blue color the sound blue?). Partly because I am away, and partly because of @metal571’s review.
One thing that is seldom mentioned, is that for an on-ear, the sound leakage is minimal.

Yeah, I don’t know about that. I have black Yaxi’s on my Porta Pros and they don’t make me unhappy, I always have quite the opposite reaction.

Just got done mowing the lawn, electric mower, listening to Radio Paradise Rock Mix on Porta Pros.
Sound leaking IN, however is significant. Had to crank them things.
Yaxi Pads were soaked with sweat. A drop of Dawn detergent, quick wash and dry in a towel. Back to nice again. But my mind wanders

All you yahoos here kept talking about this headphone, so for $29 on Amazon, i took the plunge last week just to see. I gotta say, you’re all right on the money! These have no right to sound as good as they do anywhere near this price! Listening to them brings back the 80s and my old cassette walkman and ditching class to listen to Metallica… damn i’m old!

I read so many positive comments on them I figured why not, and ordered them when I ordered the headphones. Unfortunately they are stuck in LA for some reason, assuming customs. Been there for awhile now. DHL is the carrier, and my luck with them is bad…

Just got my son some orange Yaxis for his Porta Pros. He was pretty happy. I wanted to hear what difference they made for the sound, for him it’s just for the comfort (he wears every day for quite a while) - he says they’re “chunk!” - I didn’t get from the photos just how much bigger they are than stock pads, big difference.

I wonder how’s the “bullying market” for Porta Pros in these Apple/Beats/Bose days? How do they feel about using one? Or maybe they just want something (and while staying) different from the cattle? 
PS.: I’m probably not deducing rightly a few ages here.

My son is 14, and he doesn’t use his headphones outside of our home unless we’re in the car for an extended period of time (1 hour +).
He’s not fond of the Air pods trend that’s popular with his peers, but to each their own.

Just ordered a set of the Porta Pro Classics along with the blue Yaxi pads. Planning to use them at work. How’s the sound leak? Hope they wont bother my office buddy.
