I personally have tried my 7N Hakugei wire on my ksc75, but I didnāt notice a difference in audio quality in comparison to stock or the OFC copper I have on it now.

I think itās more of a convenience than anything else. Plus it looks cool having a detachable cable on $30 headphone!

I gave in an ordered a couple Yaxi pads (orange/black). I may need to go buy another portapro. I only have the trusty KSC75 right now, and I canāt seem to find the Parts Express headband for it.

I have been checking those out for awhile @TylersEclectic . I used to manage a consumer electronics chain at the store and district level in my previous career/life and Martin Logan Electrostatic speakers always made me drool with their incredible detail retrieval and imaging. The only thing is I live in dusty old Nevada so not so sure about how well these headphones would hold up long term lol!
