Beautiful. I love the patterns in the wood. Forgive my lack of finesse in trying to describe the look of the wood but I don’t know how else to describe it. Perhaps @pennstac could teach me the correct terms.
It is beautiful, but word weenie that I am, I don’t have descriptors for everything.
There are couple of drool worthy entries to this thread lately!
What did you use to cut open the box? I see a Karambit-stye handle, but doesn’t seem to have much curve in the blade?
I will look up the model for you! I snagged it off drop.
I love the fact that your “quick phone snaps” are a thousand times better than anything I take with a DSLR and 4 hours of playing with lights
That better be yours and not some review unit you have to send back!!
That custom wood on the pendant is Killer!!
You have some beautiful artwork to go with your gear.
I like trying a lot of different used amps with the idea of selling a few months down the road if it doesnt fit in with my other longterm amps.
I honestly can say that this amp below is a Keeper for the long haul!!! After 5 minutes i can say it beat the LTA MZ2’s spot on my keeper list! It adds a warm smoothness over the mz2 without losing too much sparkle that the mz2 has going for it. This amp below reminds me a lot of my 2 channel preamp i used to have the ps audio BHK pre!( was a hybrid too!). Thanks @splayname!!
Gear aside, your photos/paintings on the wall are groovy and I want them all. The central one there looks like Arches national park, very cool!
(but the gear is also beautiful)
Thank you!!! @jolley @prfallon69
It’s a great amp! I’ll miss it.
Hopefully I can replace it with a Hagerman Tuba and be satisfied. And pay the VA LOL.
I have the T4 and Tuba (on loan) and can confirm the Tuba is like a baby T4 the T4 is better… but, the Tuba does admirably for almost 1/4 the price.
Whoa!
What is the wood? Trippy!!
