NOS bendix 6384 power tubes have an adapter on them so they work on mog se and the image of the tubes glowing in the dark is gold lion kt88

Can anyone here provide a A/B impressions on Gold Lion KT88 vs Bendix 6384 without other changes?
The curvaceous KT88s though… do I want looks, or sound? Tough one.
I did swap it out once but I can do another comparison but the thing that immediately stuck out to me was how much more punchy the kt88 tubes was over the 6384
Some Burson Audio goodness arrived today! Just a note, fibreglass top is for demos only. Retail units have the same Burson tops you would expect.

I think they might consider it, especially because several people have shown interest. But maybe it’s not exactly profitable to do, so who knows. I trust Burson Audio in whatever they choose to do
The lights aren’t toggle-able from what I can see. While I really dig it, they add a lot of heat and I’m sure the novelty will wear off for the average person. As a showroom piece I can see why it’s done but for every day use, the lights are very bright.
Really clean sounding though. Been switching between the Clears and RAD-0 and really digging the sound.

I was thinking that too but then it probably wouldn’t do well with heat dissipation which the regular design does so well.
