I think it should be mandatory for today’s scheduled live stream.
How does one find a schedule of the live streams? I only happen upon them by chance.
I don’t know that there is a schedule per se, but I am a subscriber of the YouTube channel and have notifications turned on, so it told me yesterday that there would be a live stream today at 2 PM

Surprised it took this long but finally added M Scaler to my rack today, just sitting down to enjoy it now. Was always in the plans when I got the Dave last year but so many distractions for funds in this hobby :).

How do you like the HiFi Rose? Heard it sounds great.
I was pretty set to get one till I hearing reports of it having some bugs. Maybe they’ve worked out some of the glitches with updates?
The hifi rose is great has unique level of versatility in terms of inputs, outputs, setups and use cases. I really like it.
There are some bugs but nothing more than most software systems, especially those for niche applications within a niche industry. They are continuing to make improvements. I haven’t come across one that prevents me from doing what I want or enjoying the music.
I don’t regret it at all for my use case at all. Hifi Rose is coming out with a new model that is a streamer only and doesn’t have a DAC but has the same screen and build quality of the 150b. You could keep an eye out for that.

Review upcoming. It’s burning in and I’m waiting for new digital cables to arrive as well.
First impressions are so far it’s amazing. I only had about 30 minutes to look at it yesterday, but did get on a 5am call this morning for LDMS to do the remote setup/deployment this morning. Can’t wait for the burn-in period but this thing is going to be compared w/ my Aurender (probably no comparison), and folks have preferred this over Taiko, Grimm, PinkFaun, etc… not that I’ve heard those things.

Looks really nice, is the second box the PSU? I think the hands on service is what gets my attention on his builds. If I could justify the cost, it would be top of the list.
Yes. This is a customized “Minimax” with hybrid LPSU and dedicated (red) power umbilical. The smaller box is the PSU. It’s burning in right now and Lucas set up a Roon bypass and both USB+SPDIF outputs for the Lampizator to see which is preferred. Unfortunately I don’t have a ‘great’ digital RCA cable, but in the coming month might be trying both David Laboga and Sablon cables. Might also try a Jorma or Shunyata.
Honestly, holding it in hand was already justifying its price. It’s really gorgeous and will be extensively described in the upcoming review
