I can’t listen to them at the moment as I have an ear infection but it will be interesting to hear them side by side with the UF. I was actually enjoying the UF until the ear infection and I have been lucky and have no QC issues.

I only get to see this level of collectors prizes once a year at the Amelia Island auction. One of my friends has a pretty good collection of 1980’s Porsche racecars that he is usually rotating regularly. Unfortunately the mentioned Bugatti is (was) one of 4 Type 57 SC Atlantics built in 1936 that disappeared sometime after WW2. It was stunning then and sparked a new 2019? version of the Chiron with that namesake. The original was valued at over 100 M and the one off modern special bodied Chiron was sold for around 19 M.
The original just reminds me of the Utopia’s sleek lines and timeless design.
Glad you filled that void in your collection. I just snuggle between Martin Logan ESL-X when I get the urge for a nearfield headphone experience.
I’m listening to the Utopia right now with a new cable from Forza and tube rolling the Lyr3 with a couple of different Sylvania tubes from the 50’s (one real Bad Boy and a wanna be).
Thanks for providing me with the opportunity to own a fine flagship Focal product, as I will never be able to own a Bugatti any larger than 1/10th scale.

So its gone around 3 facilities across the US, then to Jamaica, then to NY, then to LA. Just getting bounced around for some reason. 4 weeks so far, and all I know is that its left LA.

How did you get that color? Can you customize them?
Yeah. Go to their customise shop page, click the link, and it takes you to an Amazon page for the sleeving. That page has a drop down of like 300 colours or somethign stupid. Choose any colour and they will charge a small customisation fee.
Mine is coming in black from split up, and split down (and the ends) in a black with checked white pattern.
